WARRANTY:
All
items made by Fussybutt and purchased from this website are under limited
warranty for 90 days from the date of purchase. This warranty covers flaws
such as detached snaps, faulty elastic, and other construction related
flaws. The warranty does not cover problems that may arise due to misuse
or excessive wear and tear.
Fussybutt
will cover all shipping costs to return flawed items from and to the customer
within the first 90 days as long as care instructions pertaining to the
item have been followed, and the flaws have not been caused by misuse
or excessive wear and tear. After the first 90 days, I will be happy to
evaluate any problems that come up and repair them if possible.
Depending on the type of repair, there may be a fee for labor as well
as the customer must cover all shipping costs.
Fuzzi
Bunz diapers and other Mother of Eden products are covered by a different
warranty. Please contact me if you are having problems with your Fuzzi
Bunz. If the problem is embroidery related then the above warranty (90
days from purchase) does apply. If it is related to the diaper itself
(snap, elastic, etc.) then Mother of Eden is responsible for the replacement,
but the retailer you purchased the Fuzzi Bunz from originally will be
the one to send the replacement.
RETURNS
/ EXCHANGES:
At Fussybutt your satisfaction is our priority. If there is an issue
with workmanship we want to correct it - please let us know about it so
that we can prevent the same mistake with future orders!
Within 14 days of purchase you may return unwashed, unused
items to us for any reason. We can either credit your account or refund
you the item price, less shipping.
Between 14 and 30 days of purchase you can return your unwashed,
unused item for store credit.
Please note that Fussybutt is not responsible for return shipping or outgoing
shipping on returned or exchanged items.
Custom
orders such as embroidered clothing or fuzzi bunz cannot be returned.
If there is a problem with workmanship on a custom order we will ONLY
exchange the item for another item with the same design in the same size
and color.
If
you would like to return an item please contact us first at fussybutt@fussybutt.com,
or call us at 713-828-3954 or 713-984-8312 so that we can be made aware
of the incoming package.
SHIPPING
INFO:
We try our best to get your items shipped to you
as quickly as possible, but please allow extra time for custom orders,
including any embroidered items that are not in our 'in stock custom'
store.
Nearly everything we offer on the site is made to order, and sometimes
it may take up to two weeks to complete your custom order, especially
if it is a large order. We will notify you if there are any unexpected
delays, or if your order will take longer than one week to ship.
If you need to have something rush delivered please
tell us in the comment box when ordering, we will try to make it a priority.
Fussybutt
is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the mail. For
this reason we recommend purchasing insurance from our 'Insurance' product
category for the appropriate amount, or selecting UPS shipping method
which is automatically insured.
We
do offer local pickup within the Houston Area and we also offer express
shipping for customers who desire expedited delivery.
INTERNATIONAL
SHIPPING
Addresses outside the US may be subject to additional shipping charges,
please contact me if you have any questions about rates to specific locations.
We suggest using USPS for international shipping as the customs rates are
less expensive than UPS, and we are not responsible for any additional fees
incurred. |
